Spring Rally 2021

COWs Spring Rally – July 16th-18th, 2021

The Westbergs and Pasneckers are looking forward to hosting the 2021 Spring Rally in the Wausau area during the weekend of July 16-18, 2021. We are having the spring rally in summer this year to allow some additional time for more widespread vaccine distribution. The rides will include picturesque country roads with limited traffic plus on Friday there will be various restaurants located near all of the available hotels.

Banquet Information

We are excited to gather the herd for the annual meeting and banquet this year, after missing last year due to Covid.

The banquet buffet on Saturday, July 17 will include two entrees (chicken cordon bleu and sirloin beef tips) plus a salad, vegetables, baked potatoes, bread loaf and assorted pies for dessert. Arrangements can be made for special dietary requests. The cost of the banquet will be $30.00 per person.

The banquet will be held at Dale’s Weston Lanes & The Mountain Bay Banquet Center in Weston. Initial plans are to have cocktails and dinner outside under an open-sided canopy. There is also a volleyball court and other activities in the immediate vicinity. If our size exceeds the outdoor space, or in case of inclement weather, we have a huge banquet room as a backup. Our group would only utilize about 25% capacity of the room if we are inside.

The deadline to purchase Spring Rally banquet tickets is June 30th, and banquet tickets are non-refundable after that date.
