area of western Waukesha County. Delafield is located in the Southern Kettle Moraine State Forest area, and surrounded by Lake Nagawicka. All routes for the

Ride Description
Friday's 18 mile ice cream ride will take you into Summitt. We'll stop for ice cream at LeDuc's, a well known custard shop in Waukesha County. On Main Street in Delafield,
you may also stop at Wholly Cows if it is open, as it is only open seasonally.
On Saturday we'll bike through the southern Kettle Moraine area on the medium and longer routes, while the short route stays closer to Delafield. All routes are flat to gently
rolling, with one large hill in the long route on Highway E. All routes, especially the short route, offer some nice lake views. Medium and longer riders can stop
at Pickett's General Store near Rome, a quaint country store about 20 miles into the ride where you can even get a freshly grilled burger if you've already worked
up an appetite. Or, if you're not quite hungry for a burger yet, you can purchase other food or beverage at the store. Longer riders will continue enjoying the
lightly-traveled roads of Walworth County and into Palmyra for a lunch or rest break, if desired. The return trip travels through the scenic Southern Kettle Moraine
State Forest area, where you will be sure to see a lot of other cyclists on a nice day. The medium route also returns through the Southern Kettle Moraine State
Forest area after stopping at Pickett's.
Sunday's 22-mile breakfast ride offers views of several of the area lakes. We will head north on the outskirts of Pewaukee Lake into Hartland, where you will find several
restaurant choices. For those who would enjoy Huevos Rancheros for breakfast or another Mexican specialty, Senor Tomas was listed in the top 10 breakfast
places by Wisconsin Trails magazine and came highly recommended by a friend. After leaving Hartland, we will bike near Nagawicka Lake, before biking around
Nashotah Lake on the way back to the hotel.
